Maybe he’s done enough for Manager of the Month and we’re only halfway through – even if we lost the rest, which we won’t.
This is going to be a real test – should we let the Bagel back into the country soon or should we deport him for good? Remember, it’s your votes that really count.
I can write these blogs, but I’ll have to rely on others for match reports because I have to spend a lot of time in the bakery – baking, of course. Then there’s the sweeping up, as well – poor old Cinders.
I agree with many of you – we shouldn’t get carried away. We’re certainly not the finished article yet by a long way and there’s still a long season ahead. We want all the competitions as well, because the Carling Cup might still be the easiest way into Europe and we like being there.
Poor old or little Heurelho! Hope he’s OK, but e’s still learning to fly and his wings are still developing. He’s not making things any easier for us than it was last season. I like clean sheets and not just in bed.
While we’re offering our sympathy, poor old Chelseasick – ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha!
We’ve got some new songs out now. ‘Harree, Harree, Harree, Harree, born is the King of White Hart Lane’ and ‘Harry, Harry, Harry, Harry, Harry…’ to the tune of ‘Ruby’. What about ‘Joe’- ‘and then along came Joe, an ordinary guy…’ – oh, you won’t remember that one, it’s in Showboat!
I guess that’s enough for now…would anyone like a Cottage Loaf for Saturday?

I think that while our luck is in then the Bagel will have to stay away for a bit longer. Sorry BB but you know it makes sense. So keep up the good work Platzel.

Thought I’d seen yourself popping up on Harry’s site Hornchurch.
I like the images but I am cynical about how long this is going to take. I don’t think we can fill a 60k ground week in week out until we are achieving CL football. right now most games are going to General sales.
i know the numbers for ST’s and membership but I am unsure how many of the people on the ST list would be willing to pay 1000+ for a ST. And how many ST holders out of 60k? 40 - 45k? Is is not that long ago we only had 15k.
2015 at the earliest is my personal opinion on this. I hope i’m proved wrong.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear…
Gomes has another howler, then produces some fine saves. Heurello must be thinking he’s stuck in ground hog day as his nightmare carries on. Today’s plonker moment would be comical for a neutral, but painful for all yids. What does ‘Arry do with Gomes? Stick with him? Afterall he was good for PSV. Drop him for Cesar, just like Ramos did with Robinson & Cerny or start looking on e-bay for another goalie?
We should’nt be all doom & gloom, this was going to happen sooner or later, we had to keep our feet on the ground & be realistic.

Whatever Harry does goes.. but surely some shopping in Jan now essential..
Pains me to say it,, but with Gomes’confidence clearly shot ~ and now becoming blatently obvious our defence wonders what the hell happened to the communication / crosses part of the equation ~ it might be time to say sit this month out.

You have me bang to rights. I read it but only very occasionally bother to post. There are some funny people on there but it does also attract a few crazies too. There seems to be an inter blog war going on between HH and other sites so all in all it’s rather amusing. HH reminds me a little of Bagel too and seems like a good egg!
I always check here first if you were worried about which side my bagel is buttered.
