Why does no one seem to question Commolli’s judgement seriously?

Berbatov and Woodgate apart, his signings have been expensive and quite frankly, uninspiring.

Jol was ‘handily’ blamed for the choices last time. Will it be Ramos’ fault this time?

I’d still rather have berbs than Eto’o and some cash. I didnt see the whole game today, but he seemed pretty damned invisibile up front for Barca. I guess its not too hard to be outshined, given the recent scientif discovery of Lionis Messius, the argentine ballhog. However, I expect a striker of that order to create some chances at least. However, with us splashing out 16 mil for modric, and I really hope hes that good, and rumors of a david villa signing for another 16 mil, I cant see how we could do that without sending Berba off to less lilywhite pastures.

I think we will be lucky to get 3-4 million for Kaboul. He is too clumsy to be a midfielder or a fullback, so I guess he is stuck being an inadequate centre-half. Any team should recognize this.

Bagel, down in South America a Tuna is also a rascal. So I hope we’ll get to see Bruno cause some mischief for our oponents, and be spared the pong.

Oh, and by the way, Kaboul looks foolish out there. To me, he is the biggest disappointment. How can you be such a huge brick shithouse and try to play like you are figure skating? It seems he wants to be a ball-handling goal scorer and he can’t find his feet when it comes to marking an attacker. Get rid of him!!!! I really do not know why anyone would want him, but if Juve wants him to remind them of Zebina or something, get him out of here ASAP. He hurt our side tremendously when he was in there and I do not trust him even as a backup. Perhaps Ramos does not play him because he cannot play - hence the need to bring in Woodgate.

It seems that the little Luka really ran the whole game for the Croats, from these clips. He certainly was omnipresent in the game - tackling, running all over the field and passing.

It does not seem that he has the flash of some other playmakers, but he seems to have a lot of heart and grit. I don’t know - I am sure that this video does not give us the complete story, but he seems like a player.
