Beef Bagel

Meet Scarlett the Yid, the world’s youngest Yiddo. No idea when or where she was born seeing as her father Toby has understandably been missing from our midst while he stares open mouthed down at the thing he’s created thinking, “Ok, I’d better try and be sensible now.”

Now I’m not entirely pleased she was named after something red and she may well disown her father, Toby, for it later in life, but thankfully she’s safe and well and according to facebook everything is good at Chez The Yid. Just wanted to pass that one on.

Unfortunately, like Scarlett, I’m off to the land of nod myself in a minute. I’ve been up all night and I need a little shut eye, so apologies for the briefest of bagels today. Normal lengthy service will resume tomorrow.

It’s been a good few results of late. Good to see arsenal getting another spanking in a cup. I did enjoy the stand-off of who gives less of a shit about the world’s oldest footballing competition between Fergie and the Weasel. No star players in the starting XI and a place for Park Ji-Shirt Sales says it all.

Good away win for us in Prague although, yes, we should have spanked them and it does leave us rather bricking it about keepers just now. Incidentally, David James has just denied any talk of a move our way but when did that ever mean anything? He’s a good keeper but somehow I’d rather risk the devil I don’t know.

Lastly, of course, less than a week to go. Just six days till Wembley. Not too thrilled about the return of Lumplard and Terry and just who’ll be in goal for us? Who do we trust now?

Tara! Home. I’ll go home. And I’ll think of some way to get him back. After all… tomorrow is another bagel.
