Who is it at the lane who has a hard on for Downing over all these years.

Ramos could probably name several better and cheaper alternatives.

Downing is just not very good.

The thing is no one wants Bent, he’s played so badly no one will buy him, maybe we should give him more of a chance when he returns from injury and see if he can hit some form and goals….

Considering it was his debut in an important cup match the boy did really well.

Reading didn’t offer much in an attacking sense so he will have tougher tests ahead. It was good to see Ramos give him a start. It will do his confidence the world of good.

I can see a nice made in the valleys partnership developing when Bale comes back. Looks like we have our left sided midfielder already on board, albeit injured.

It’s a shame but if Defoe won’t sign a new deal then we have no choice but to sell him.

We should sell him in any case for missing that chance against the scum in the last minute.

Maybe we can sell Villa Bent instead?

There are reports that Jermain Defoe has been sighted outside Villa Park.
Will be sad to see him go, if he does, he puts a lot of effort in and does genuinely love Spurs….also any more news on Fred ?
