True say, Jules and The Bagel (great site btw, only discovered it by chance a few weeks ago). However, and I don’t meen this in a spiteful or bitter way, Jules is, i’m afraid, one of a minority of gooners who do have the ability to produce fair and accurate opinions/comments. The vast majority are pretty much summed up by those knobjockeys Gooner and Whatever. Spurs fans are, however, the other way around. Obviously many gooners will see this as a totally outragous attack on your club and won’t be able to grasp it as the truth.

P.S one of my best mates is a gooner, yes that’s right…just trying to emphasise my unbias-ness (yup, it’s a word…for now)

You’re a gent of Gooner and I’m honoured that you enjoy both this site and Tottenham’s football. It’s wonderful to read your bollstering words.

The games between our two great clubs are by far and away the highlights of my season and I’m so pleased that we’ll have had two more this time around.

It’s a pleasure to talk to such a true fan of football.

Dear Bage,

I feel compelled to write. As a long standing supporter of the other North London club, I am embarrassed: I have never witnessed such bollocks from Arsenal supporters as has been posted on your (always entertaining) site. What arseholes!

Anyway, about the game. I thought it a fair result and next week’s game certainly isn’t the foregone conclusion the semi-literates are making it out to be. First half you were all over us and would have dominated most teams. If you go two-nil up again, you’ll win…

After the Newcastle game you were downbeat and doubted your team. I actually think you’re pretty good. When you fire, you fire on all cylinders - something that hasn’t happened for quite a while. For me, you were undone by Dyer. I’ve never really rated him before but when he’s up for it, things happen. He came alive 4 or 5 times in that game and they scored on two of them. That could happen to Man U, Arsenal, Chelsea.

You’re playing great football, it’s really good to watch. It’s great: I love North London derbies that are highly competitive and full of good football. Let’s have more of these!!

I don’t feel any humiliation in drawing (or even losing) to a talented footballing side as most of Arsenal’s squad clearly are, they did after all put 6 past Liverpool at Anfield, I doubt than any Spurs fans thought this was going to be an easy game! Just find it amusing that instead of revelling in the fact that you are a great side and discussing the merits of it in a football sense you have to sink to *petty* vitriol and abuse.

If we do win through in the end, I’ll be much more interested in discussing the performance of my side instead of finding Arsenal fansites to gloat on.

as a neutral dave, you seem quite biased. To even lower yourself to petty criticism gives you away.

Even though the job is only half done from an Arsenal point of view, spuds can still sneak a win against a young an inexperienced team.
But for now we will enjoy the humiliation you muppets clearly feel and even if you do win in the end, so what ?
the kids have done us proud already …

As a neutral I can’t help but notice a difference between the intelligent post-match analysis of the Spurs fans and the barrage of poorly written, abusive drivel from the Gooners.

Not living in London, I wonder if anyone can tell me if this is a fair reflection of the two rival fan-bases, or if it’s just that this particular debate mirrors the game - adults vs kids?

Fact is, after 20 minutes of domination, you sat back and the boys took over.

That was your first team, Arsenal’s reserves and you still weren’t good enough.

Get used to the fact that last years ’success’, meaning you didn’t end up mid table like every other year in the prem, was a one off, our worst season for years and you still couldn’t keep up.

BTW - big thanks to your fat fuck keeper for the gift equaliser !!!

Not just you TobyTheYid, we WERE all over shop in terms of tactics. I think the collapse of our game plan can be traced to when Berb’s went off, but for the early period of the second half… WTF!?

Having said that, once we’d calmed down and got our shape back we looked OK again. If we’d had anyone from midfield taking a chance and making runs when Lennon was beating his man and putting the ball in from the right towards the end I think we’d have taken it. Hopefully Jenas can give us that kind of forward thrust when he returns…

Have to do it the hard way next week but I think with a bit of composure and (hopefully) Berb’s available we’ll be able to nick it! COYS!
